We train the body, mind, and spirit in order to become better individuals- to create peace and harmony within. This goal cannot be measured in months or years. Our school is about integrating a living , moving art form into a lifetime of enjoyment. Patience, perseverance and trust must be mutual between student and teacher. There are no guarantees of rank, only an excellent education. In order to reach your goals, we must have a shared understanding that the commitment of time and effort is essential. The purpose of this school is to educate well-rounded Martial Artists who increase in spiritual and mental development through physical practice of this art.
